Netspear is wholly owned by The Hawai’i Pacific Foundation (HPF). The mission of HPF is to empower Native Hawaiian communities by supporting programs that improve access to opportunities for success that principally serve Native Hawaiians.

CONTRACTING WITH US
As a Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO) owned organization, Netspear offers contracting efficiencies, defined by law and regulation, to help the Department of War (DoW), other federal agencies, and industry partners resolve urgent and dynamic requirements. Through our ability to receive direct-award contracts, Netspear offers significant time and cost effectiveness to the government’s contracting process. Coupled with the ingenuity and agility associated with small firms, NHOs such as Netspear have proven to be with a strong legacy of trust and compliance with the federal government.
CONTRACTING PROCESS
Contracting with Netspear is an efficient path to navigating the federal procurement market. This process facilitates the ability to negotiate a fair and reasonable price at the speed of need with fewer uncertainties than traditional procurement methods.
Basic Steps:
1 Develop a Statement of Work
2 Contact the SBA for acceptance of Netspear’s direct award
3 Prepare an RFP and issue to Netspear as an NHO owned 8(a)
4 Netspear submits proposal in response to the RFP
5 Negotiate contract and award to NetSpear
